Splitting clips in the Animations Tab

There are some really cool features in the animations tab. The first thing is the clips.

They usually come in named. You may also have a clip that has lots of motions in one giant animation that includes jumps, walks, crawls, ect. We can break those apart using this clip system. First thing is to change the name of your clip to something relevant — in this instance, hip hop dancing.

Preview your clip animation. There is a part where the dancer starts dancing in the same spot and then begins to move forward while dancing. Let’s split those into 2 clips.

The clip start and end lengths can be altered and now referenced. Now we have 3 clips from this 1 clip.
